Ingredients:
1 kg wheat flour
100 g malt (health food shop)
or 50 g honey
100 g butter or margarine
100 g raisins
600 ml warm milk
2 cubes of yeast
greated organic lemon zest, salt, coarse

Knead all ingredients together in a kitchen machine or by hand. Leave to rest until the dough quantity has doubled. Then knead again. Divide the dough into 3 strands and braid them into a plait. Let it rest, then brush with honey water and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
