Yes, and even more than that. All room rates and packages include our all-inclusive gourmet board. This means you and your family can enjoy culinary highlights of the highest standard throughout the day – from a generous breakfast to the lunch buffet and afternoon snacks, right through to an exclusive gourmet evening meal. Yes, absolutely! You won’t have to miss out on the football action while on holiday. We will be showing selected matches on a large TV in our cosy Swifty Room.

Due to the time difference with the tournament being hosted in North America, the following guidelines apply:

• Afternoon & evening broadcasts: We are happy to show matches live that kick off by 22:00 (10 PM) Central European Time at the latest.
• Night matches: Matches that start late at night are excluded from the live broadcasts in the Swifty Room to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for all hotel guests.

Many services are included in the “Almhof All Inclusive” – please see rooms & prices, all inclusive. Not included are:

• Spa and wellness treatments like cosmetics and massages
• Alcoholic drinks
• Fred’s swim academy – except in special arrangements/offers
• Ski lessons for children and adults
• Ski equipment rental

On your arrival day, lunch, the afternoon buffet, and the gourmet evening meal are all included. If you plan to arrive early and would like to join us for breakfast, this is available for an additional charge. Arriving after 21:00? Please give us a quick call, and we will be happy to prepare a light supper for you.

On your arrival day, your room is usually ready from 16:00. You are of course very welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the amenities of the hotel.

Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you can park your car in our garage – there is a limited number of parking spaces. Garage spaces cannot be reserved. The use of all parking spaces is free of charge.

After check-out on your departure day, you are welcome to use all hotel facilities—including the pools, wellness area with changing rooms, and play areas – free of charge until 14:00. If you would like to extend your stay on the premises until 17:00 and enjoy the afternoon buffet, we offer this for an additional flat-rate fee.

Yes, bathrobes and slippers for small and large guests will be provided in your room for the duration of your stay. More bath towels are available in the spa area.

We are happy to pick you up free of charge from the nearest train station Zell am Ziller. For transfers from the airports Innsbruck, Munich or Salzburg we recommend Four Seasons Travel.

The Zillertal Arena, Zillertal’s largest ski area, is ca. 2 km from the hotel. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes from the hotel and takes you directly to the gondola lifts.

For the utmost in comfort during your skiing holidays, we offer individual lockers for each room in our ski storage room.

The use of all saunas, steam baths and pools (indoor and outdoor) is included in the price.

The hotel is not 100% barrier-free. Although some areas are accessible for wheelchair users, we cannot guarantee that all door widths, ramps or facilities can be navigated.

Yes, we offer two convenient options for your laundry:

In-house laundry service: We’d be happy to wash and dry your clothes for you for a flat rate of €25 per wash.

Self-service laundry room: For quick or smaller loads, our laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is at your disposal (€0.50 per half hour).
