Running could also be called meditation and philosophy. In addition it strengthens the cardiovascular system, is body-toning and keeps 70% of the muscles in shape. Not to mention the increased supply of oxygen to the brain. As your host and passionate runner Peter Kammerlander, I am happy to advise you on all tours and also to join you as a running companion. Gerlos has to offer the Arena Fit course. Whether you are a casual runner or an athlete, there are fine stretches of 3 to 10 km and 20 km and more in our surroundings. In total we have 52 km of signposted running trails.
