1 week including 5 units Fred’s Swim Academy
For children aged 4 months to 4 years, one unit is approx. 30 minutes, and a parent is required to join. From the age of 4 years, one unit is 60 minutes. The Swim Academy is free of charge for stays of minimum 7 days.

3 x weekly guided hiking tours (from family hikes to summit victories)

5 x weekly mountain bike tours with certified guide 

Wellness Activity Programme
Qi Gong, Pilates, back exercises, barbell training with music and Nordic Walking.
